Release Notes

  • 07.02.2024 : New sensory profile optimization and liking prediction modulesThe Optimization module allows calculating the optimal sensory profile at the global population and taste cluster levels. Optimal products can be visualized on the internal preference map and their predicted liking score is displayed. The Liking prediction module allows predicting the liking score of any new prototype from their sensory profile, and visualizing them on the internal preference map. This module is mainly intended to be used after products have been reformulated based on the consumer test results.
  • 25.10.23: New Graph SystemThe new Graph System has successfully resolved and standardized all the issues with the application’s graphs. You now possess the capability to adjust various properties including width, height, title, and other distinctive features directly from any graph. Additionally, a 'Charts' button is now available on every page with visuals, providing you the convenience of making bulk modifications. This means you can effortlessly set specific dimensions for multiple charts at once, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience.
  • 23.10.23: Cluster comparison by likingThe comparison sub-page previously allowed for cluster comparison prior to saving; however, with the latest enhancement to the clustering page, you now have the additional capability to assess various clusters based on their liking score. Furthermore, this upgraded page facilitates the rapid creation of scatter plots, enabling the swift comparison of up to four clusters.
  • 19.10.23: Major bug fixesAll the bugs found related to data loading and saving have been fixed. The application is now more stable and reliable, especially for the multiple clusters analysis.
  • 13.10.23: Table to compare clustersWith the new update, we've integrated a comparison table to contrast and analyze clusters side by side. The table showcases cluster attributes and volumes, making it easier for users to discern differences and make informed decisions. Utilize the 'Comparison' tab from 'Clustering' to access this feature.
  • 11.10.23: Project supplementary variablesYou can now display supplementary variables to the clustering prefmap. This feature offers users the capability to integrate additional metadata or parameters that can enrich analysis and insights. Closed Question, Open Comments and (if uploaded) Sensory data can now be displayed and selected from the left side menu of the Clustering page.
  • 21.08.23: Custom diagnostic displayWe've introduced a custom diagnostic display, allowing users to tailor their diagnostic views according to their preferences. This update provides a more personalized experience for any oriented analysis, allowing the user to focus on the pertinant matter.
  • 19.08.23: Creating new tests from existing onesIn our latest update, users can now effortlessly create new tests using data and parameters from existing ones. This functionality aims to save time and improve the efficiency of test creation.
  • 15.08.23: Adding cross-scatter analysisCross-scatter analysis has been added in this update. Users can now leverage this feature for a more in-depth analysis, enhancing data interpretation and insights. The closed questions and sensory data are supported for this plotting module.
  • 13.08.23: Closed questions quick sortingTo improve user experience, we've implemented a quick sorting feature for closed questions. This allows for rapid organization and filtering of questions, streamlining the survey process. This options is available on the left-side menu of the Closed Questions page.
  • 11.08.23: Visual custom sizesWe're enhancing visualization! Users can now adjust and customize the size of visuals (height and width), ensuring optimal display and clarity for presentations and reporting. The plots can be resized individually or by results page.
  • 23.08.23: Data labelsCharts (especially bar charts) now include textual information about the data displayed.
  • 18.08.23: Exports and ImportsFor all tests, but especially large ones, it is now possible to export the test list and re-import it with the same system as loading data from an Excel template. This makes it possible to work efficiently, even when local storage is saturated.
  • 15.08.23: Color paletteMost of the application's colors (especially the visuals) can be modified and saved in the user's local profile.
  • 14.08.23: Embedded diagnosticsWith this new update, it is now possible to obtain diagnostic results directly in the application, offering a rapid comparison between the various competing products, as in TasteIT.
  • 21.07.23: Enhanced visualsMany visuals have been improved in terms of graphics and design elements not only offer a more visually pleasing experience but also simplify data interpretation, ensuring you grasp information quickly and effectively.
  • 19.07.23: Consumer Typology custom groupsYou can now from the Consumer Typology tables merge differents answers in new groups. This operation is not reversible, so be careful. This feature is available in the Consumer Typology page.
  • 17.07.23: Enhanced visualsMany visuals have been improved in terms of graphics and design elements not only offer a more visually pleasing experience but also simplify data interpretation, ensuring you grasp information quickly and effectively.
  • 17.07.23: Clustering Products updateProducts are now visible in the bi-plot! Gain direct insights from the Map tab in the Clustering bloc.
  • 07.07.23: Conditional formattingIn this update, we are introducing the feature of conditional formatting. You can now apply gradients or threshold based cells colors. Whether you want to highlight cells that meet certain criteria or visualize trends and patterns in your data, conditional formatting provides a powerful tool to enhance data analysis.
